Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 4:
Firefox 3.x: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In most pages with Unicode bengali characters.

What is the expected result?

All the characters should be perfectly visible.

What happens instead?

After some punctuation marks, some characters are not visible. Only some
boxes are visible.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

thanks for the report. I cannot find the square boxes on
the "http://www.sachalayatan.com/dhushor/35515" site. Could provide
Bengali/Bangla characters which have the issue and your OS/Chrome version.

No specific character generate this issue. But I have found a pattern for
this. If some number is followed by parenthesis or dot or some other
symbols, then everything in the same line becomes unreadable.

Suppose I write in bengali ১। আমার সোণার বাংলা।

Now what I see is everything after the number and the delimiter as square
boxes, as you can see in the attached image of the bug above.

I am using the font SolaimanLipi for bengali.

I think these two issues are different. If chrome is not able to render any
bangla/bengali characters, you should try the procedure in this following
link:

The issue I described in this thread is about rendering wrong in some given
cases, not all cases. I can see most of the letters, only a few
combinations make these errors.
