Steps to reproduce the problem:
Steps to Reproduce:-

1)Boot to Chromebook
2)Open Chrome UI from Settings-->Display Settings
3)Select lowest Resolution 683 * 384 Or 819 * 460
4)Now rotate display to 90 degree or 270 degree

What is the expected behavior?
Display name should fit in to the box provided in the Chrome UI in all
rotation 90,180,270 degree

What went wrong?
Display name goes out of box

Note:-Same issue observed on HP-14 Chromebook and Auron (Acer)
