matt@ Is this a Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 (white)? According to
http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/galaxy-tab/GT-P5210ZWYXAR-specs, this has
an Atom processor in it. If this is your device, WebAudio is disabled by
default. You have to go to chrome://flags and enable WebAudio. Also, I
can't remember if Chrome 32 has WebAudio supported on x86 devices.

Yep this is my device. Same model number GT-P5210.
In flags the option "disable WebAudio" is set to disabled, so the
WebAudioAPI should be on. I think this was there by default.
Looks like this Atom processor may be an issue. I've read a few posts about
WebAudio not working on other Atom devices.

Comment #6 on issue 336630 by r...@google.com: Web Audio API not supported
Hmm. The option should say "enable WebAudio", because it supposed to be
disabled by default. I have tested webaudio on some x86 device and it
worked. I think it was an Atom device, but I can't remember now.

I'll test it out again soon.

But chrome/beta from the play store works as expected. Go to about:flags
and enable webaudio. The sample URL does not complain about web audio not
being supported. Other webaudio demos works as expected.

As an HTML5 developer, it is increidibly disappointing to see that such a
popular device as Galaxy Tab 3 will not support WebAudio by default.

Average users will not enable this option through about://flags, and we
will have to keep developing with a buggy audio system.

Comment #14 on issue 336630 by r...@google.com: Web Audio API not supported
mariogarranz: Can you clarify what the issue is?

This bug is marked WontFix because WebAudio is working on Galaxy Tabs. From
#11, matt@ says it's working fine. WebAudio should be enabled by default
on all Android devices now, including Galaxy Tab 3. The issue in this bug
report was specific to this particular Galaxy Tab 3 which has an x86 chip
instead of ARM. Support for x86 was added a few months ago, and enabled by
default fairly recently.

If WebAudio is not working for you on a Galaxy Tab 3, please file a bug and
CC me. We definitely want to know and make WebAudio work on all Android
devices.

Currently on my Samsung Tab 3 GT-P2150 - I can confirm there is no Audio on
the Chrome or Stock browser for the Samsung Tab 3. As an HTML5 developer,
I've tried several techniques and the Tab 3 is the ONLY device with no web
audio. My cheap low-end $30 LG Android plays audio 100% though. Test with
any HTML5 game with audio on the web.

What version of chrome? I tested just now with 40.0.2190.0 (Developer) and
webaudio is supported. WebAudio is enabled by default for all devices that
can support it.
