can some one mention clear steps to reproduce the issue

i have tried with the below config but no crash , every thing is running as
expected
OS : Ubuntu 12.04.4 64 bit
chrome version 37.0.2062.94
AMD 14.6 beta driver

I think it might be vram pressure related. So if you run on a really
powerful AMD gpu with a lot of vram, you may not reproduce it.

After a fair amount of work by the Labs team on this bot:
http://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Linux%20Release%20(ATI)

it is running the WebGL conformance tests reliably.

I'm going to mark this as WontFix (not reproducible any more).
