UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML,

Example URL:
NHL.com MLB.tv NBCSN.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Subscribe to a sports streaming package.
2. Attempt to watch live sporting event in full screen.
3. Watch in horror as PPAPI flash player lags, stutters, and jitters the
streaming content on your screen

What is the expected behavior?
The video should play smoothly with no stuttering. If one is clever enough
to re-enable NPAPI plugins and disable PPAPI flash player you can still
enjoy full screen streaming, until Chrome 45 kills it off for good.

What went wrong?
With PPAPI full screen video stutters on sports streaming sites like
NHL.com & MLB.tv & nbcsn.com. It makes watching them in Chrome browser
unbareable. You must allow NPAPI flash to live on past Chrome 45.

Did this work before? Yes It worked until Chrome 42 was releases

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? Flash

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 42.0.2311.90 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0

I would LOVE to help troubleshoot this issue before it becomes a PERMANENT
problem in September 2015.

Played few videos on latest stable on Windows-7, chrome
version:42.0.2311.90 from here:

1.http://www.nbcsports.com//hockey/nhl/highlights-perry-helps-ducks-overcome-2-1-deficit
2.http://video.nhl.com/videocenter/console?catid=35&id=809218&lang=en

Videos played without any stutter or lag in full screen mode.

Please disable, if you have any conflicting plugins installed. Does this
behave the same in incognito mode or in a profile with no third party
extensions installed?

This only applies to the "LIVE" streaming of games. Therefore in order to
see the same symptoms, one would have to have a subscription to either NHL
Gamecenter or MLB.tv and try to stream a game as it occurring, live. Videos
posted after the games generally do not have the same issue.
However, to answer your questions. I have no conflicting plugins installed.
And yes, I experience the same choppy playback on both, a stock browser
experience and in incognito mode.

There is the similar issue with amazon instant video player. The flash
player stutters alot during watching movies and sometimes the video freeze,
too. Was using the silverlight player before, without any issues. I'm using
the latest stable 64bit chrome release on windows 7. The video stream
stuttering also happens on my chromebook C740. Twitch streams working
without any issues. Maybe the problem is related to encrypted video streams.

Is there any head way with this issue? I am trying to watch live sports in
fullscreen and have been forced to update to Chrome 45. The fullscreen
video still staggers and is jittery. Not an issue with connection speed.

Unable to reproduce the above issue on Windows 7 with chrome
version '46.0.2490.80' on Windows 7. Request you to try the above issue on
latest chrome stable version '46.0.2490.80' and let us know if the issue
still persists.

My experience is still the same with full screen live-streaming stutters on
the version of Chrome you listed above. In fact, I would say it is even
worse than before. Would love to provide any information you request to see
