OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, navigate to chrome://history
2. Click on the arrow beside any webpage and select Remove from History.

History should be deleted, but it is not deleted. This is a Regression
issue and below is the Bisect Info:

Able to reproduce on MAC as well on build: 28.0.1492.0

Unable to reproduce on Windows, build: 28.0.1490.2.

Tested the same on MAC 10.8.3, Windows7 and Linux using 27.0.1453.81
(Official Build 198567). Able to delete the history record by using "select
Remove from History" option.
