I think I had some addons, which caused this issue. Adblock / Flashblock
could have been the problem.

I am experiencing this issue too.
There's no check box to select PayPal as a payment method.

Using Chrome 12.0.742.124 on Linux Mint 11 64bit

Could you please check if adding the following filter to AdBlock solves the
issue?
I don't have an ebay account, so I can't check it myself: @@||

If this doesn't solve it, it's not due to AdBlock.
