On 38.0.2108.0 (Official Build 286320) canary.

I don't know what's causing it but sometimes I get a "Chrome Legacy Window"
appearing in the chrome group on the taskbar. It doesn't disappear unless I
manually close it or quit chrome.

I get the same notification and I don't even use Chrome (Opera and
Superbird here...)

What can i do to stop Chrome Legacy Window from appearing in my task bar
and slowing my computer up

Nothing i do is stopping Chrome Legacy Window from popping up in my taskbar
and slowing down my computer to the point that it wont respond
