Behavior in Android Browser (if applicable):



Steps to reproduce:
1.Search anything you want from the omnibox
2.Scroll down the page
3.The box which shows sign in, send feedback, ext. is placed in the middle
of the search results

Expected result:
The box is at the bottom of the search results.

Actual result:
The box is in the middle of the search results.
