What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open any app/finder, have multiple windows on the same space's background.
2.Select Chrome window to be the most foremost active floating window
3.Alt-Tab to switch to other apps. Or expose to switch apps
What is the expected result?
Active window should switch to the selected app. Chrome window should go
beneath of the active window.
What happens instead?
OS Menu Bar has changed the title to the active app related options, but
Chrome window didn't hide itself although cursor have passed to other
window.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Although it sounds like an OS bug, but when tried with other apps, it works
fine.

Weird, the problem go away by itself....
