We have checked it on ubuntu and mac device. Output we got:

On both the system we are getting correct mime type (no
content-disposition: attachment header), still we aren't opening file in
chrome office editor.
Another observation is that this issue is for xlsm, docm and pptm files.
So, adding label allapps.
