UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like
Gecko) Chrome/45.0.2454.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Chrome Canary on Windows XP
2. Try to launch it
3. Get dialog:

chrome.exe - Entry Point Not Found
---------------------------
The procedure entry point CancelIoEx could not be located in the dynamic
link library KERNEL32.dll.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should run on Windows XP (still supported on Windows XP according to
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/canary.html)

What went wrong?
Won't start

Did this work before? Yes Last week?

Chrome version: 45.0.2454.99 Channel: canary
OS Version: 5.1 (Windows XP)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 19.0 r0

This issue was also reported on M47 branched build 47.0.2526.4 [Bug
539324]. We need to merge this to M47 branch for tomorrow's Dev push.

Rechecked this issue for chrome version 47.0.2526.5 on Win XP. Fix is
working as Intended. Able to Install and launch chrome. Adding TE-Verified
labels.
