Tested the same on windows using 27.0.1453.94 (Official Build 201630) m. I
am able to play the files attached using chrome successfully.

@khvuser13: Could you please re-check and let us know the behavior.

Yes. For example:
<audio src="http://site.com/ok.ogg" controls></audio><!-- file size: 2.58
Mb -->
<audio src="http://site.com/ok2.ogg" controls></audio><!-- file size: 1.77
Mb -->

I updated the Chrome to 27.0.1453.116 m, nevertheless the second player is
disabled for few seconds, though the first player can play audio
immediately. It's very noticeable with the use a 4G or Wi-Fi connection.

@khvuser13,

we can't open any of the file path provided there in comment #4.
can you please check and update. tested locally and same result can't
reproduce the issue with tiny audio files.
