Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. browse to http://dash-mse-test.appspot.com/dash-player.html

What is the expected behavior?
There should be no error messages

What went wrong?
This error message is printed
Please go to chrome://flags, click on the "Enable" link under "Encrypted
Media Extensions", and restart your browser.

Example URL:
http://dash-mse-test.appspot.com/dash-player.html

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem playing media? Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome for Android 25.0.1338.0

Chrome version: 25.0.1338.0 Channel: n/a
OS Version:

This is because "Encrypted Media Extensions" is not enabled.

We don't yet support about:flags on Chrome on Android. Which build are you
referring to and how did you go about changing the flag setting?

- Flag setting: I didn't change this flag by myself. (When I was testing
Encrypted Media Extensions(EME), I turned on EME by using instructions on
this page:

Here is a background for this bug.
I am working to enable/run Clank on GoogleTV. (Previously, we ran chrome).
We need this flag (EME) turned on, since the content app will use EME.
