Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open File.app
2.Connect MTP mobile device and enable flag of "Enable MTP Support in file
Manager"


Expected Result:
Should see MTP mobile device files.

Actual Result:
Unable see mobile device files.
When you select mobile device on file.app , still it shows Google drive
files. Please see the screenshot.
How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.
