Chrome Version : 21.0.1180.4
URLs (if applicable) : Any with flash, like youtube or hulu
OS version : Windows 7 x64
Network (such as Cable/DSL/Dial up etc): DSL

I have two audio devices, Reatek HD audion and Creative SB X-FI (driver
ver. 6.0.1.1375)
Issue is reproducible with Creative SB only.

I have 3 flash plugins on my system, see below. Issue is reproducable only
with
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\21.0.1180.4\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll
With any other plugins everything just fine.

To reproduce, I need open any flash video, from e.g.
http://www.hulu.com/watch/348496

Sound is clicking, maybe 10 clicks per second, and video is a little slower.

Please update flash.

same happens to me (XP,sp3, realtekHD). The problem is fixed if you disable
pepper flash

In my case it's clicking and not missing completly sound.
