New issue 224461 by el...@chromium.org: Sending a DTMF tone with an invalid
duration value does not return an error
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=224461

Version: M27.0.1448.0
OS: So far only tested on Win7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Browse to
http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome/trunk/src/chrome/test/data/webrtc/manual/peerconnection.html
and setup an audio call between two hosts
2. Let HostA create and send a tone with an invalid duration value, for
example 10000

What is the expected output?
return an error message

What do you see instead?
The tone gets created but not sent.
We do not receive an error message telling is why the tone wasn't sent

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
- I see the same behaviour when I try to use an invalid gap value as well.

Currently the spec doesn't allow any of the error reporting methods you
suggest. The simple solution is to use the allowed ranges.
