OS: Ubuntu, unclear if this affects other OS'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ctrl+P from Google Docs
2. Select an HP printer connected via ePrint which can't accept jobs
3. Attempt to print

What is the expected output?
An error regarding failure to submit the job to HP ePrint, a
disabled 'Print' button, but the ability to cancel out of print preview or
change the printer selection.

What do you see instead?
All options (including Print, Cancel, and Change Destination) are disabled
in Print Preview. User must close the tab, then re-open and re-Ctrl+P to
select a new printer or PDF to print to.
