OS:Win, Mac & Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and select "Choose what to sync" & Sign-in to chrome
2. Clicked on Continue, page launches on chrome://settings/syncSetup with
Advanced Sync Settings pop up window
3. Click on Use default Settings link
4. Now, refresh the page -- Advanced Sync Settings pop up window
5. Click on Browser Back button and observe the pop up window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:Should load Advanced sync settings pop up
Actual: Please wait message in pop up window and nothing is comes up.

The same behavior is observed in Window7, Mac & Linux platforms

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
