Problem: chrome in win7 can properly display the "perspective" and
"translatez" properties. But the same chrome version in xp can not
display these properties.The chrome in xp can only display the "plat"
css3 properties.
My test sample:
Css properties: -webkit-perspective , -webkit-translatez
Computer configuration: 5 computers with win7 ,and 5 with xp sp3. All
are installed with integrated display cards.
Chrome version: V11 to V14
In addition, by running "about:gpu" chrome command, win7 displays "the
software acceleration is enabled", and the xp displays something like
"info collection is blanklist".
Meanwhile, in xp, the tested css properties can not be displayed by
chrome but can be displayed by safari5 .

奇怪的现象：同样的chrome版本，win7下可以正常显示透视属性perspective和
translatez，但是xp不能显示这些属性，只能
显示一些平面的css3属性。
我的测试样本：
测试的css属性：主要是透视属性perspective和translatez属性
测试机器配置：5台win7及其，5台xp sp3及其，均是集成显卡
chrome版本：V11到V14
另外，通过about:gpu命令查看gpu信息，win7显示的信息表示软件加速已启用，而xp显
示：info collection is
blanklist 等等。
同时，在不能显示css3d属性的这些机器上，用safari浏览器看这些css3d是却是正常
的。
