Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch VLC (VideoLAN) Setup.
2. Check "mozilla plugin" and "activeX plugin" in setup.
3. Install.

What is the expected behavior?
VLC plugin work on chrome dev

What went wrong?
VLC plugin not work on chrome dev
