What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chrome on secondary monitor (2 monitors attached to PC)
2. Go to Gmail, SPAM folder.
3. Click "Delete all spam messages"

What is the expected result?
Popup should be shown on the same monitor as Chome browser.

What happens instead?
Popus shows on default monitor instead of Chrome monitor.

The specific Gmail confirmation message mentioned no longer uses a popup
window; it is now an element in the page. Merging this issue into the more
general issue about popups in multi-monitor setups.
