What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open pdf in chrome (chrome pdf viewer enable)
What is the expected result?
display clear characters, and not blur! characters is black and must be
displayed in black and not little red....
same as very bad cleartype from microsoft!
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Clear type are disable in system, Windows7 64bits, use LCD 1280*800 at this
resolution

YES SINCE 2013, not resolved! always blur, font smoothing enabled for PDF
viewer!

test this link:

it's same for all PDF (with text), just open one PDF.
I use windows without smooth font, without clear type, and use chrome with
directwrite DISABLED.
I will use good focus font, 1 pixel (R+V+B) = 1 point, not bloor font or
mix pixel red with black
