Add a touch projection mode to the touch hud (which can be turned on in
about:flags). This should look roughly like the 'show touch points' option
on Android.

Projection mode is useful in presentations when the screen is projected
using a projector. In this mode, only active touch points are shown
without any trails.
Steps to verify:
1. Enable touch HUD in chrome://flags.
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+I twice to switch to projection mode.
3. Touch the screen: you should see a circle under each of your fingers
representing the touch points.
