What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pin a tab.

What is the expected result?
A full size, labeled tab that is easy to click on, since the user has
indicate that the tab is important enough to keep around all of the time.

What happens instead?
Chrome makes the tab small, unlabled, and hard to click. This hurts the
usability of pinned tabs.
