Example URL:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jxi6c3dYNdc, & http://html5.grooveshark.com/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Chrome, visit site with Audio or AUdio/Video content, audio comes
our fine
2. Wait a while (possibly related to sleep/hibernation?)
3. Return to same sites

What is the expected behavior?
computer builtin speakers are expected to resume emitting audio

What went wrong?
No audio is emitted (the speakers work as the MacOS vol up vol down has an
associated sound effect)

Chrome restart breaks the silence

Did this work before? N/A

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? Both

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 26.0.1410.65 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.8.3

This happened to me several times before, but now it happened twice with
close proximity (once last night and again this morning)

Can you try Chrome 28, we introduced a new AUHAL based driver for OSX which
may help out with this. Otherwise it's likely this is related to issue
158170 which is a larger issue we're working on.

This is not that easy to reproduce so I cant tell for sure
If you would point me at a non-canary build of 28 I'd be happy to run it, I
looked around and I guess I do not know where to get it (currently on
26.0.1410.65)

This is not that easy to reproduce so I wouldn't be able to tell for sure
I dont know where to get 28, I just have to be honest I put a couple of
hours into it but I cant anymore at this time, sorry, close it if you wish
