I have the same problem. I just turn quit chrome and reopen it and it works
again but it is pretty annoying. Did anyone find a fix?

My workaround for this i to keep another browser open in the background and
click refresh then pop back into chrome. it's very annoying but hopefully
something fixed soon.

It's not Mac specific, I have the same issue on my Windows 7 x64 machine.
But I can reload each broken tab individually by reloading it.

Same problem here. MacBook Pro. Latest everything. Any further
information/work-arounds on this issue? I've tried reinstalling, and it
still occurs. Any info would be appreciated - I'd rather not stop using
Chrome completely.

This repro's 100% of the time on my 2011 MBP. This bug basically prevents
me from using Chrome at this point.

For me, the issue appears to be resolved now.

Three plus years later still occurring for me consistently for one web site
only ( http://www.marketwatch.com/) The other six tabs that always open
when chrome resumes have no problems. Suggestions?

And reloading the tab with the error just results in the same issue?

Reloading the tab works fine -- it is just the aggravation of having to do
the reload each time.

So that's completely different issue from this bug - this bug is for
getting stuck in a state where loading anything returns
ERR_NETWORK_IO_SUSPENDED.

I suspect the issue is that the page you're referring to load on a timer,
and after resuming from suspend mode, the timer triggers a reload before
Chrome knows its no longer in suspend mode.

I have the same problem with Windows...I have to close Chrome and
Open...meaning I have locate and reload all my tabs from the history. It's
really VERY irritating. Hasn't Chrome done something about this?

I just started having this problem. I have to completely close down Chrome
and restart. Meaning I have to reload all my tabs from the history. What's
strange is that if my computer shuts down for some reason, chrome reloads
everything. It just can't sleep or close the lid.
