Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5: NOT TESTED
Firefox 4.x: OK
IE 7/8/9: FAIL/FAIL/OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a div with border-radius and overflow hidden
2. place an anchor tag inside that div that expands to the with and height
of its parent div
3. hover over the anchor tag and its parent div overflow hidden is gone

What is the expected result?
parent div of anchor tag should not display content outside its boundaries
when on a hover state
