New issue 376223 by m.lewand...@cksource.com: Input events fired on
contenteditable focus/blur
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=376223

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. attached file contenteditable_input.html
2. focus contenteditable (at right hand side)
3. blur it (touch elsewhere)

What is the expected behavior?
Input event should not be fired on content editable

What went wrong?
Input event is called on both focus, and blur of the contenteditable
element.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 35.0.1916.122 Channel: stable
OS Version: Android 4.4.2; Nexus 7 Build/KOT49H

I could reproduce on Android with Google English keyboard, but Google
Japanese keyboard not.

It seems this is Google English keyboard issue rather than Blink issue.
