To reproduce:
Check Task Manager
Verify no "Plug-in: Chrome Remote Desktop Viewer"
Launch Chromoting
Chromote to another computer
Check Task Manager
Verify "Plug-in: Chrome Remote Desktop Viewer"
Disconnect from the other device
Close the Chomoting tab
Check Task Manager

Expected behavior:
Verify no "Plug-in: Chrome Remote Desktop Viewer"

Actual behavior:
Verify "Plug-in: Chrome Remote Desktop Viewer", running and using memory

Chrome keeps plugin processes alive for five minutes after the last
instance is torn down, so new instances created during that period will
load more quickly.

Does the viewer process disappear if you wait five minutes?
