I've been encountering this problem specifically when running Visual C#
working on the early stages of a WPF project. Once VC# is closed, after a
short delay functionality returns.

Visual C# Express 2008.
Windows XP SP3
Google Chrome 19.0.1084.92 m

Sorry, it comes and it goes now. This may be memory related as I always
have this computer overloaded and currently have 38 tabs open and 40 Chrome
processes (I have my reasons) and occasionally have to reset a crashed
tab(s).

I know at this level a number of tabs will seem to be sharing a process.

What I have noticed is that sometimes the PgUp/PgDn keys work but Home and
End (Fn+PgUp and Fn+PgDn respectively) don't unless PgUp/PgDn are pressed
beforehand.
