Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. in html define input type as number and define max length.
2. In Browser you can see that its taking more than max length.

What is the expected behavior?
It has stop taking input at max length.
What went wrong?
It has stop taking input at max length but it takes more then that.

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 13.0 r0
