Visiting family over the holidays, my sister's Chromebook had a sync error
listed in her menu that said:
"sync error - sign out then sign in again"

However, the error would always reappear shortly after logging in again.

Mm, all Chrome OS devices should be auto-updated to M20, why was it
still staying at M19?
