Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the attached upload.html with Chrome Version 33.0.1750.154 m for
Win7 64

2. Try to upload the attached .sav file.
3. Click on the "Submit" button

What is the expected behavior?
net::ERR_UPLOAD_FILE_CHANGED shouldn't be displayed.

What went wrong?
This error net::ERR_UPLOAD_FILE_CHANGED appears.

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 13.0 r0

This happesn only when this file is uploaded Wireless_Dataset.sav. It
contains captured network packages. The issue can be reproduced very
difficult, because if the .sav file is send via mail, skype or zipped the
error doesn't appears.

Hello, since the status of the issue is "unconfirmed" - if the developers
have trouble reproducing the issue via the browser file attachment, it's
been confirmed that it can be reproduced by copying the file via Windows
copy.

I can arrange to help with reproducing this issue, if that would help speed
up work on it.

Yeah. Marking as a duplicate of issue 426465 since that issue has more
context and a fix in the CQ.
