Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Unpack the extension attached and load it using the chrome://extensions
page (this also happens when updating/loading from the CWS installed
version, but it's easier to reproduce this way).
2. Click the Kami browser action icon to open up a tab with Kami
3. Click the reload button in the chrome://extensions page . Keep doing
this at 0.5-1s intervals (just long enough for the tab to reload), for a
few minutes until Chrome crashes with a Segmentation Fault.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should reload the extension without crashing.

What went wrong?
Chrome hits a SIGSEGV (crash report attached).

We are beginning to get reports of this happening in the wild with our
users as they upgrade to Chrome 47

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.10.5, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 using
46.0.2490.86, 47.0.2526.73 with below steps:

1.Loaded the attached unpacked extension in chrome://extensions page.
2.Clicked the Kami browser action icon to open up a tab with Kami.
3.Clicked the reload button in the chrome://extensions page many times.
4.Page reloaded without any crash.

Please find attached screencast and update if anything missed here in
triaging the issue.

jordan@Request you to check the issue on clean profile and update the
thread with screencast if issue still persists.
