What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Maximise Window (Vista OS)
2.
3.

What is the expected result?
Window is maximised and fully visible

What happens instead?
RHS is cut, i.e. can only read Other bookmar and half of tools wrench
missing in top toolbar

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested at both 16:9 and 4:3 resolutions. Seems to work fine on XP, but my
other machines (all Windows 7) have this issue.
