What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Mac: Go to textarea and press option+tab key combination. Unsure
what key combo is for Windows.

What is the expected result?

- Insert a tab character into textarea.

What happens instead?

- Focus moves to next field

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

- This has changed somewhere in the past month or two, as Chromium used to
do this behavior. (and it is sorely missed) :)

Just confirming that this works in Safari 5.0.5 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 for me,
but not in Chrome 12.0.742.122.
