Please have a look or re-assign.

Build is failing to load extension for _cwsExt.zip on ChromeBook ARM with
BETA channel.
This was reported yesterday (7/24) by Salil's team when attempting to test
Anibal's Pepper 35 change.

I just tried to reproduce this.

Google Chrome 36.0.1985.126 (Official Build 283281) beta
Platform 5841.73.0 (Official Build) beta-channel daisy_spring
Blink 537.36 (@177902)
JavaScript V8 3.26.31.11

- downloaded the _cwsExt zip for build 2119 as linked above
- unzipped it locally
- copied to usb stick
- installed that from usb stick on to my daisy_spring

The install worked first time, no complaints and app loads files.

Hardware details: Chromebook ARM
Chrome OS version: 5978.37.0 (Official Build) beta-channel daisy
Firmware Google_Snow.2695.117.0
Browser version: 37.0.2062.53 beta
Browser channel: beta

Test Observation-
1.Build is successfully installed on Chrome book ARM platform.
2.All the supported file formats opens properly in QO.
