Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://demos.flowplayer.org/api/dash.html with an Android device
2. Touch the "Play" button
3. Wait few seconds for the video to load

What is the expected behavior?
The video plays

What went wrong?
The video doesn't play because the mpeg-dash stream uses HE-AAC codec as
audio.

The codec is explicitly indicated as "mp4a.40.5" in the DASH Manifest file
(https://d12zt1n3pd4xhr.cloudfront.net/fp/drive.mpd).

Note that chrome://media-internals reports the codec as "mp4a.40.2"
(LC-AAC), which may indicates a detection issue.

Flash Version:

HE-AAC codec for audio is supported and working well in standard MP4 file
(http://demos.flowplayer.org/videotest/mp4.html) as well as HLS stream
(http://demos.flowplayer.org/videotest/hls.html).

Another demos URL with the same bug repro, independent of the player
implementation:

1) http://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/

Enter https://d12zt1n3pd4xhr.cloudfront.net/fp/drive.mpd as manifest file
then "Load stream".

=> Video can't play for the same reason (HE-AAC used)
