New issue 425054 by i...@fxpoet.com: can't detect D3D11
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=425054

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/39.0.2171.27 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I installed Nvidia at pure windows 7,
2. I installed DirectX 11 SDK Redistribute version.
3. I launched the Chrome in the command lines.
chrome.exe --enable-d3d11

What is the expected behavior?
I must have to use the GLSL shader version 5.
My gpu card is GTX 750 Ti so it support the SM 5.0.
I don't have integrated Graphic cards (like Intel HD series)

What went wrong?
Chromium can't detect the DirectX 11 drivers at chrome://gpu

always displayed like this.
> GL_RENDERER: ANGLE (Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 TI Direct3D9Ex vs_3_0 ps_3_0)

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 39.0.2171.27 Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 15.0 r0

It's very important for me. please help me.. please.
I googled for 8 hour over. but I can't found any clues.

what should I do?
what should I install things?

please give me any hints

Thank you guys. this problem has solved with #4 solution (KB2670838,
Platform Update for Windows 7 sp1)

I tested the solution on the pure Windows 7 and solved.

Finally, this issue related Anti-Aliasing quality in WebGL (Three.js)
