The below data is provided based on user reports in 'GoogleFeedback'. We
did not reproduce the issue.
5+ users have reported this issue in 'GoogleFeeback' since 07/14/2012

Chrome Version : 20.0.1132.57 (M20 Stable)
URLs (if applicable) : http://www.youtube.com

Other browsers tested:NA
1.Launch Chrome Browser
2.Navigate to YouTube i.e http://www.youtube.com/
3.Play any random video

What is the expected result?
Video streaming should begin with screen and controls properly positioned.

What happens instead?
Video frame is shifted to the right side thus blocking the controls
provided on right side.

Additional Information:
User are unable to switch to full screen mode and use other options due to
this issue.

NOTE:
We are unable to reproduce the issue in Chrome:20.0.1132.27 (M20 Stable)
version on Ubuntu OS.

This very likely to be a YT player bug, not a chrome bug. Filed internal
bug at b/6845686.
