Issue: The Chrome OS image repository used by the Chromebook Recovery
Utility appears to be missing the HWID for GLIMMER D4A-E8V-R2Q-A3J (not
sure if others are affected). Customer attempted to create the recovery
media but the correct OS image is missing.

# Steps taken so far:
1. Checked the recovery.conf file at
https://dl.google.com/dl/edgedl/chromeos/recovery/recovery.conf
2. Searched for the HWID for GLIMMER D4A-E8V-R2Q-A3J
3. No results found

We will solve this issue soon by releasing a version of the recovery
utility that works off of regular expression matching to find the write
image.

@stephenlin, thanks for the update. Any idea on an ETA or a master bug I
can follow re. the RegEx implementation?

I have another customer reporting that the HWID for 'Peppy C6O-V3A-I2P' is
also missing from the image repository too.
