I can't input Chinese or Japanese on Google Keep.

This issue confiremed on Chrome version 35.0.1916.153 only.

chromium Version 34.0.1847.116 Ubuntu 14.04 aura (260972)

But the behavior is a little bit different than described here. See

Able to reproduce the issue on win7 chrome version 35.0.1916.153 and dev
version 38.0.2065.0 - Entered pinyin getting erased on selecting a
Chinese(Simplified) character in Google keep app.

This can be observed from M32 builds 32.0.1700.106 (Official Build 248219)

I used to using IE for browsing & open my face book etc. and it was fine
for typing in Chinese characters using a writing pad by Penpower. Lately I
changed my browser to Google Chrome and a few Chinese characters could not
be typed in even though they appeared in the Penpower word database 。 I am
stuck for more than 2 months now. Any help ?
