New issue 73364 by ianhous...@gmail.com: The profile appears to be in use
by process 2266
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=73364

Chrome Version : 9.0.597.94 (73967) Built on Ubuntu 10.10, running on
LinuxMint 10 KDE

I have installed Linux-Mint 10 KDE on a separate partition alongside
Linux-Mint 10 Gnome. Both installs share the same /home directory, which
has never caused problems in the past. Yesterday I installed Chromium on
the KDE install and receive the message below each time i try to start it.

Error Message;
"The profile appears to be in use by process 2266 on host ian-Mint. If you
are sure no other processes are using this profile, delete the file
/home/ian/.config/chromium/SingletonLock and restart Chromium."

ian-Mint is my Gnome install which should have no running processes when
I'm using the KDE install. I have done a file search for the quoted file
and am unable to find it. Chromium still runs fine when i use it in Gnome..

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected result?
Chromium starts

What happens instead?
I get error message

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
