What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install JAWS and enable it
2. Open chrome browser
3. Try to type something in Omnibox or in any text field

What is the expected result?
Mouse icon should not blink after enabling JAWS.

What happens instead?
Mouse icon is blinking continuously after enabling JAWS. Observing the same
behavior even after exiting from JAWS (Also relaunched the chrome several
times).

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This is working as intended. JAWS changes the system cursor blink rate
while it's running.

Please consider testing JAWS with either Firefox or IE for comparison - any
behavior which also happens with those browsers is probably normal /
expected.

still high in chrome even after existing from JAWS?

OK fair enough, we should fix that - we probably don't update the cursor
blink rate when it changes. I think it's low priority though.
