I would be very interested if 'native' web apps under Android was a possibility.

Even if web apps do not get to be first-class citizens, or even if Chrome apps are not available on Android at all at first, I think making the CWS part of the Play Store is a logical move because, just like when the ebooks store was merged in, it would mean one central place for users to go looking for all apps and media.
