Bug: Chrome Extension unable to recategorize under "Dictionaries"

We posted our Dictionary.com extension when there was only a category
called "Search Tools". I am trying to recategorize it under
"Dictionaries" but the dropdown only displays the old Chrome Store
list of 9 categories.

Is this category limitation imposed on extensions only?

Yes, Extensions are currently limited to the categories you see on the CWS under the "Extensions" main category.
