Chrome extension - pending review

I tried to push a new update to my chrome extension today and after an hour I noticed my browser had not updated. I checked and it said pending review so I canceled the upde to try again. Now I can't update the extension. How do I find out that is holding up the update process and causing it to go into review?? Extension ID: bgffajcgoafmnanflddpjnbjkhnfagdc:
