Can't publish my extension / Pending Review for over 12 hours

[CAGE]

Updated my extension about 12 hours ago. When i look at it today it
was still "Pending Review". I thought maybe I did something wrong and
wanted to unpublish the latest changes, but unpublish the whole ext.
Now it is still showing "Pending Review" and I can't do anything about
it

Okay, just wanted to change ONE image an got Pending Review again,
just like a lot of others. Is this normal or is this because of the
resent store changes?

Adhering to checklist will avoid these kind of delays. For example 

• Do you have the proper copyrights?
• Did you upload compelling screenshots to the store?

There are few required fields for the App in developer dashboard. These required fields are not mandatory for initial publish but later they will hit you like publishing again. I believe google bot keeps a track of this.

Even if there is no change in permissions, it will take the same number of days before.

My extension got published in 7 days and I have updated it twice since then and with each update it took 7 days to reflect the changes on Chrome Web Store.

I archived my first submission and submitted a corrected package on Jun 22 (3 days ago Saturday).  This time, it did say it will require a full review because of permissions settings, and that the process would take a few business days.  I guess I'll have to wait more.  Hopefully I get it before Friday, my install links are useless until it's up!
