Is it possible to transfer apps on google chrome web-store from one account to another?

I have 3 items under my account and I want to move 2 of them to different accounts.

one is a chrome plugin, another is Google Drive app

I have them under my account historically, but now they have to be moved to people who can manage them under their own domains.
